The Consumer Data Right (CDR) Trade Mark is intended to be a symbol of trust in the CDR ecosystem. The ACCC encourages all CDR Participants to use the CDR Trade Mark in the consent and authorisation processes offered to consumers.
The ACCC agrees to grant each accredited person and data holder a licence to use the CDR Trade Mark on the terms in the licence agreement below. The permitted form of use of the CDR Trade Mark is set out in the Consumer Data Right Brand Guidelines included below. A summary of changes to the previous version of the agreement is also included below for reference.
Participants must take steps to verify which version of the agreement is currently applicable to them.
